The Sales Representative is required to:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Follow up on every lead within 1 working day of receipt and follow up with verbal or written report to the individual that provided the lead.
Build and maintain customer files with current pricing structure

Review sales invoices on a daily basis and where necessary, make notes in customer file so that further action may be taken.
Keep personal and business vehicles clean both inside and out.
Assist Accounts Receivable in recovering past due monies.
Follow safety policies of all customers when at a customer location
Review all accounts with special pricing whenever price changes occur.
Inform all accounts of pricing changes that may affect them

ERP Database Specialist

Overall Function and Responsibilities
Ideal candidate has experience in deploying/managing/troubleshooting Epicor in a hosted model using Citrix as a delivery platform.
Provide break/fix support for the in scope Epicor Client applications.
Provide user assistance related to the in scope Epicor Client Applications. Support is focused on end-user productivity.
Expand Epicor system functionality to support the dynamic business environment.
Implement new Epicor functionality including, business units, new company codes, plants, sales organizations, etc., and new modules or sub-modules.
Authorize enhancement items and provide requirements
Provide estimates and proposed schedules for enhancements to assist in establishing enhancement priorities
Develop and maintain test data and repositories.
Conduct unit, functional, system, performance, load, stress, integration and regression testing associated with the enhancements.
Provide guidance related to Epicor and effective support of related business processes.
Uses expertise of work experience and technical knowledge to resolve issues surrounding the ERP system including database support and report generation or maintenance.
Works with technical and/or company staff to resolve recurring problems and handles issues with systems, procedures and products
In regular intervals communicate with all users in all areas of the systems engineering functions and in general provide updates on all activities of the department.

Required Education and Skills
Degree in job specific area with 2-4 years of experience in the field or other work experiences in a job related area.
Minimum of 2-4 years experience supporting end users and IT systems in and ERP system using an EPICOR Enterprise, Microsoft SQL Server environment or comparable system (i.e. SAP, Great Plains)
Ability to program in SQL and create user reports in Crystal Reports.
Detail knowledge of SQL 2005 and Crystal Reports XI to include Business Objects Business Intelligence Platform
Experience in implementing SQL based systems like Epicor Enterprise in a MS SQL environment
Excellent people skills with exceptional oral and written communication skills

Overall Function
The Service Technician is required to:
Service customer product as specified on the customer order
Work with the highest regard for personal safety and the safety of others.
Continuously improve on the knowledge of products and services offered by Solideal USA, Inc.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
Sets stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule or template.
Dismounts and mounts tires as specified by the customer order.
Fills each tire with required quantity and type of chemical and/or substance as noted by the manufacturers specifications.
Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling, cleaning or replacing consumable parts.
Service customers courteously and efficiently at all times.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure cleanliness of all equipment including service vehicles
Ensure all tools and servicing equipment are clean and tidy
Assists other personnel in stacking, marking, packing and transport of the finished product.
Support warehouse team by filling orders and unloading shipments as required by the Manager.
Follow company procedures and supervisors instructions.
